Christine MANNAZ-DÉNARIÉ
“Viridité”
At the beginning a one day event in the church Le Corbusier in ST Pierre de Firminy (France) with the sound artists Jérome Noetinger, Christian Malfray, Jean François Minjard, Jérome Montagne, Pierre Faure, Mathias Forge, Hervé Boghossian, Bruno Capelle, Nicolas Dick, Hervé Durand, Jean François Plomb. The entire space was occupied by the artists and equipment. Audience could go in the main room for live acts, a smaller room for live processing and the third room for live diffusion on 12 speakers. The entire event has been recorded. And the label Dysmusie asked the composer Christine Mannaz-Dénarié to work with these sound sources. She composed two musique concrete pieces which give her own translation of this event into a very poetic way. A very nice release !
